Absolutely! We have plenty of referrals because most of our business comes from happy clients recommending us to others. People appreciate our strong work ethic and the quality of our finished projects. When you ask for a referral, we’ll do our best to connect you with a previous client who had a similar job to what you’re looking for.
Often we can get started on your project in as little as 1 week after you accept your proposal. Depending on how busy we are, it can take between 1-4 weeks before we can begin. Once we start your project, it is a priority for us to complete it quickly and on schedule.
Generally, after you accept your quote and sign the work order we take 1/2 of the total cost as an initial payment. After your project is completed, the remaining balance is due. Payment terms can be discussed individually with each customer before your project begins and alternative arrangements can be made.
We accept cash, check, credit cards and Zelle payments. Depending on your bank account, there may be limits to how much you can send with Zelle. If you choose to pay by credit card, there is an additional 3.5% processing fee.
Yes! We offer a two-year warranty on the stability of our work. This warranty covers cracks over 1/8″ caused by normal settling or regular use. However, cracks caused by heavy trucks, garbage bins, or machinery aren’t covered.
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a warranty on the color of concrete. Concrete can react unpredictably to environmental factors, and while we use our expertise to help you achieve your desired color, there are natural variations. Before applying color, we’ll discuss your options and let you make the final choice. While colored concrete might not be perfect, its slight imperfections can give it a more authentic, natural look, resembling real stone, brick, tile, or whatever style you choose!
