Q) What is your pay plan?
A) Non-stamped jobs – After a work order is signed, we ask for concrete or 1/2 of the quoted price (whichever is greater) before the pour. Once the concrete is finished and the job site is cleaned (the same day of the final pour) the rest is due.
Stamped Jobs – After a work order is signed, we ask for concrete or 1/2 of the quoted price (whichever is greater) before the pour. Once the concrete is stamped and poured, the rest is due. However, when stain or sealant is needed, then a predetermined amount (typically $500-$1,000) is witheld from the total. Once the stamped job is sealed and stained, the final installment that was witheld is due.
Q) Do you have referrals?
A) PLENTY of referrals. We get A LOT more business from referrals than advertising because people enjoy our work ethic and finished product. When clients ask for a referral, we try to match them up with a past client who had a similar job done to the one they are wanting.
Q) What kind of warranty do you offer?
A) We offer a 2 year warranty on the stability of our work. The warranty covers any cracks over 1/8" that occur due to normal settling or usage. Cracking from heavy trucks, garbage bins, or heavy machinery is not covered.
Q) Do you warranty color?
A) Unfortunately, we cannot put a warranty on the color of concrete. Concrete reacts to different elements in unpredictable ways, and as professionals all we can do is offer our best judgement to help you achieve your color goals. Usually before applying color we discuss this with the customer ahead of time, and allow THEM to choose the color that they want to achieve. Color is never perfect, but it can come close! One big advantage of imperfections on colored concrete is that it makes it look more realistic like true stones, brick, tile, or whatever else you may choose!
